Managing Director and company founder Peter Warne boasts over 40 years of experience in the industry.

He began his apprenticeship in Victoria in the late 1960s and went on to carve out a highly successful career as a Contract Plasterer across Victoria, Western Australia, Northern Territory, and Queensland.

Driven by a commitment to deliver the utmost professional standards in both quality products and craftsmanship, alongside competitive pricing backed by strong purchasing power, Peter established his own company in 1994. He built it on the timeless principles of honesty and business integrity.

These core values have been deeply embedded in all levels of management, staff, and contractors, allowing the company to maintain a robust and long-standing client base.

As a result, the company has experienced steady growth, positioning itself as a leading Drywall Plastering Contractor in the industry.

A New Era

While Town and Country continues to thrive, Peter has transitioned into a new role focusing on Management in Customer Care, passing the reins to his trusted colleague, Scott Prictor. With a wealth of experience in the plastering industry, Scott embarked on his apprenticeship in 1990. In 2007, he co-founded T&C Commercial Pty Ltd with co-director Mick Hinson, establishing a strong reputation for exceptional workmanship and competitive pricing.

After many successful years in the commercial sector, Scott has launched his own venture, T&C Residential Pty Ltd. His relentless drive and commitment to building a thriving business have fueled significant growth in this new company.
